Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers and data scientists.
- Oversee scalable data pipelines, architecture, and data science models.
- Partner with analytics and product teams to define data strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years in data engineering/data science, 2+ in leadership.
- Experience with AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and Looker preferred.
