Job Description
Shall be responsible for the ongoing development and updating of the MedTrainer knowledge base. Will link regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, federal and state mandates, and related compliance best practices to MedTrainer products and solutions. The position is responsible for the creation and adaptation of healthcare policies, compliance checklists, competency assessments, guidance, and other related compliance resources for deployment in the MedTrainer Compliance Library.
Participates in development of new products and services related to regulatory and accreditation compliance policies, forms, checklist, and resources. Responsible for on-time delivery of assigned compliance projects. Interprets and analyzes state and federal regulatory manuals and revisions applicability to all assigned and collaboration projects. Maintains a robust taxonomy and tagging structure within all assigned and collaborated projects to ensure efficient search and retrieval of compliance resources. Meets expected compliance content volume according to expected project deadlines. Takes initiative to improve department processes and outcomes.
