Job Description
We are seeking an AI Search & LLM Optimization Specialist to shape how our brand is discovered in both traditional search engines (SEO) and emerging AI-driven discovery ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of technical SEO, user experience, and AI innovation. You will own the end-to-end technical SEO execution — from site audits and crawl optimization to Core Web Vitals — while also pioneering Large Language Model (LLM) Optimization. The mission is to ensure our site is technically flawless, structured for machine readability, and positioned to be cited and surfaced by AI systems.
Research and apply strategies for optimizing visibility within AI-powered search experiences. Apply LLM Optimization (Large Language Model Optimization) techniques. Conduct comprehensive site audits to improve crawlability, indexation, and architecture. Optimize Core Web Vitals, mobile-first performance, and page speed. Analyze UX/design to optimize navigation, internal linking, and on-site search.
