Key Responsibilities:
- Service: Establish and maintain client relationships, coordinate open enrollment, resolve claims and billing issues, and maintain communication with the Client Executive.
- Personal and Organizational Development: Set priorities, manage workflow, maintain up-to-date documentation, and stay informed on industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Full knowledge of Employee Benefits lines of coverage and services.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and agency management systems.
- Five or more years of experience as a Client Manager with a benefits consulting or brokerage firm preferred.
Compensation and Culture:
- The national average base salary for this role is $90,000 to $110,000, excluding bonuses or benefits.
