Job Description

This role supports Mineralys Therapeutic’s new cardiovascular asset and ensures appropriate therapeutic area access and growth across Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD), and Indian Health Services (IHS). The individual will develop engagement strategy and account plans aligned to therapeutic area strategy, engage with federal healthcare leadership and formulary decision makers to optimize speed to access and gross-to-net performance. The role requires strong collaboration with Market Access, Medical Value & Outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing engagement strategies, executing account management models, facilitating compliant facility level engagement activities, and working with the Pricing department to implement price changes. The candidate will prepare access strategy business cases and recommendations for review by various groups and individuals, including leadership. They will also represent Mineralys Therapeutics at trade shows, conventions, and conferences as appropriate.
