Job Description

As the lead in the practical delivery and communication with our employees in some of the most important markets at Lime, you will ensure effective administrative controls are maintained. You will be managing all ‘Business as Usual’ aspects of Lime's benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement plans, tax-efficient schemes, expense allowances, life insurance, disability, leave policies, wellness programs).

Manage external suppliers to ensure service level agreements are met, accurate reporting is provided in accordance with agreed deadlines and credits/debits to Lime are recorded accurately. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit-related inquiries. Assist in regular audits of benefits data for accuracy and compliance.
