Job Description
Product Vision: Owns product vision, strategy, and roadmap for servicing, loan repayment, and personal loan funding/disbursement across Splash’s platforms. Analyzes funnel, servicing, and portfolio performance data to identify opportunities, define success metrics, prioritize the roadmap, and track impact over time. Data-driven decision maker who is comfortable working with analytics tools, defining KPIs, running experiments.
Design and Optimization: Designs and ships customer journeys for statements, autopay enrollment, payment scheduling, hardship programs, and payoff flows that are clear, compliant. Leads the build-out and optimization of funding and disbursement experiences, ensuring borrowers receive their funds quickly and reliably while meeting partner and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborates closely with Engineering, Design, Servicing/Ops, Risk, Compliance, and external credit union/bank partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time and at scale. Has excellent communication and collaboration skills.
