Strategic Leadership:
-Define, standardize, and scale the global Strategic Value Roadmap methodology.
-Synthesize insights from client engagements to influence Product, Sales, and Services strategy.
-Serve as an external thought leader, representing Coupa at executive forums and industry events.
Executive Engagement:
-Engage directly with C-suite and Boards at top accounts.
-Drive multi-year BSM transformation commitments.
-Ensure adoption of recommendations across pre-sales and post-sales motions.
Team Management:
-Build and lead a high-performing global team.
-Recruit and develop talent.
-Establish performance metrics and career paths.
