Job Description
Lifecycle Strategy:
- Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy across the customer journey, from activation to engagement, retention, and reactivation through multi-channel campaigns.
- Drive conversion, activation, engagement, and retention across the customer base.
- Integrate lifecycle campaigns into the broader growth engine.
Data & Experimentation:
- Drive data-driven experimentation by digging deep into data to identify problems.
- Formulate hypotheses and design rigorous tests that unlock growth.
- Use quantitative analysis to uncover root causes and continuously optimize outcomes.
Collaboration & Influence:
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Creative teams.
- Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders and champion lifecycle marketing as a strategic growth lever.
- Execute large-scale campaigns with technical precision, managing segmentation and targeting.
