Job Description
Arranging Travel:
- Cost-effectively manage and supervise the company's travel needs.
- Obtain necessary approvals and communicate itineraries to employees and supervisors.
- Maintain accurate travel calendars and ensure travel expenditures are optimized.
Booking and Coordination:
- Research destinations and available services.
- Book hotels, flights, and ground transportation.
- Coordinate activities and ensure necessary documentation is accurately completed.
Negotiation and Communication:
- Negotiate and manage contracts with travel service providers.
- Communicate travel details accurately and follow up with executives and other staff.
- Suggest improvements and innovations in travel programs.
