Job Description

Arranging Travel:

  • Cost-effectively manage and supervise the company's travel needs.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and communicate itineraries to employees and supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate travel calendars and ensure travel expenditures are optimized.

Booking and Coordination:

  • Research destinations and available services.
  • Book hotels, flights, and ground transportation.
  • Coordinate activities and ensure necessary documentation is accurately completed.

Negotiation and Communication:

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with travel service providers.
  • Communicate travel details accurately and follow up with executives and other staff.
  • Suggest improvements and innovations in travel programs.
