Job Description
As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will own our growth measurement framework – defining key events, conversion funnels, customer cohorts, and success metrics across mobile app, CRM systems, and telesales channels. You will build Looker analytics layer, move from spreadsheets to a single source of truth, and lead the transition to data-driven tools. You will also design agent performance and incentive analytics and calculate and track customer lifetime value.
You'll have direct impact on business decisions through data, working with cutting-edge analytics tools and solving complex problems that matter. You'll build systems from the ground up and transform how teams work.
