Job Description
Lead and Support:
- Oversee performance management, training, and recruitment of the Account Management Team.
- Lead execution of strategies ensuring client campaigns deliver measurable results and align with business goals.
- Champion the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap, marketing, and operational priorities.
Manage Client Relationships:
- Manage client relationships including addressing escalations and implementing innovative growth and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to oversee client onboarding, communication, and satisfaction.
- Manage key accounts and at-risk customers with strategies to maximize renewals.
Drive Customer Value:
- Drive customer adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Launch education, onboarding, and enablement programs.
- Build scalable processes and systems that support self-serve and hybrid customer engagement models.
