Job Description

Lead and Support:

  • Oversee performance management, training, and recruitment of the Account Management Team.
  • Lead execution of strategies ensuring client campaigns deliver measurable results and align with business goals.
  • Champion the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap, marketing, and operational priorities.

Manage Client Relationships:

  • Manage client relationships including addressing escalations and implementing innovative growth and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to oversee client onboarding, communication, and satisfaction.
  • Manage key accounts and at-risk customers with strategies to maximize renewals.

Drive Customer Value:

  • Drive customer adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
  • Launch education, onboarding, and enablement programs.
  • Build scalable processes and systems that support self-serve and hybrid customer engagement models.
