DOT Compliance Coordinator

Support Ryder's Final Mile operations as DOT Compliance Coordinator. You'll be responsible for processing and onboarding new carriers, carrier record keeping, and DOT compliance. You'll also audit background compliance. This position will also provide administrative support to the Compliance Team. Essential Functions include reviewing candidate’s criminal background reports, MVRs, employment, and education background reports to ensure compliance with Ryder’s policies. You'll conduct monthly audits, prepare reports, and assist with the I-9 compliance program. You'll also back up the I-9 compliance coordinator and provide administrative support as needed.
