Job Description:

  • Lead group data review and alignment for People & Culture data consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Group HR Controller and country HR Heads.
  • Support data migration and governance processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, PowerBI, Excel, and GenAI.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
  • Ability to document findings clearly.
