Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for customer relationship management, market plan execution, and trade show participation.
- Build and manage relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders to integrate Solventum solutions into surgical practice.
- Build relationships with economic decision makers and addressing their financial and clinical priorities, leveraging published data.
- Leverage networks to identify expansion opportunities and strengthen market presence.
You will be conducting sales, consulting in an operating room environment, and managing territories.
- Consulting on the safe and effective use of Solventum products by attending OR cases and providing procedural support.
- Achieve sustainable growth through strategic account planning, territory management, and data-driven targeting.
- Customer focused selling and closing.
You are require to provide customer support, using software platforms, and supporting industry events.
- Providing comprehensive customer support through proactive and ongoing education (e.g., inservicing)
- Using software platforms for planning, pipeline, and utilization tracking.
- Supporting industry conferences & trade shows.
