Program Strategy & Architecture:
- Own the end‑to‑end partner program framework across various alliances.
- Define clear value exchange for partners and design the partner lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain program governance and iterate as needed.
Planning & Performance Management:
- Co-Lead annual partner planning cycles and coverage models.
- Establish an operating rhythm with QBR templates and scorecards.
- Co-own and develop partner KPIs/OKRs to drive action and improvement.
Required Experience:
- 7–10+ years in partner programs/operations/alliances within Enterprise SaaS.
- Experience spanning Big 4, Global SIs, Resellers, MSP/MSSPs, Distributors, and cloud marketplaces.
- Demonstrated success leading annual partner planning and program governance.
