Test Architecture & Automation (Hands-on):
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Write and execute clean, maintainable automated tests for UI, API, and backend services.
- Conduct manual exploratory testing and root cause analysis on defects.
Strategy & Pipeline Health:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and tech team to define acceptance criteria and test strategies.
- Manage QA operational metrics and own the QA process.
Cultural:
- Foster a 'quality first' culture across cross-functional tech teams.
- Stay up to date on emerging AI/testing tools and drive continuous process improvements.
