Head of Engineering

As a Domain Lead, you are both a builder and a multiplier. You’re here to empower your domain to move faster, smarter, and more collaboratively — owning both delivery and culture. You’ll balance technical depth, organizational leadership and product partnership to drive meaningful business outcomes. The role includes owning the engineering strategy and execution for your domain. You will also partner closely with your product team and other domain leads to define the domain roadmap, balancing business goals with technical excellence.

You'll lead, coach, and develop engineering managers and key ICs within your domain and build high-performing, engaged teams through effective hiring, feedback and development. Ensure predictable delivery by defining efficient processes for planning, estimation and execution. Partner with Product, Design, and Data to translate ideas into measurable delivery milestones.
