Supervising Producer

The Supervising Producer will set the standard for Reporter Video in terms of visuals, filming and editing. They will assist in giving feedback and edits to video producers. The Supervising Producer will work across verticals to identify stories and develop relationships with reporters and editors, offering guidance to improve their filming and on camera reporting. Responsibilities include developing and implementing visual look and feel, managing freelancers, providing guidance to video producers, identifying video story ideas, training reporters, and producing 1-2 videos a week featuring Athletic reporters. Requirements include extensive experience editing news video, a firm understanding of Sony cameras, experience working with reporters unfamiliar with filming, experience working with animators, 7+ years of experience producing video, and a genuine interest in sports.
