BIM Coordinator

Position Summary:

• Redtree Engineering is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support engineering and design activities for industrial facility projects.
• The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of 3D design and BIM coordination experience with a strong background in mechanical systems layout and multidisciplinary model management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, integrate, and maintain federated multidisciplinary 3D models from platforms including Plant 3D, Revit, and Civil 3D.
• Manage model coordination across mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, and civil disciplines, including clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
• Set up, run, and manage clash detection processes and facilitate interdisciplinary coordination meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of BIM, CAD, 3D modeling, or design coordination experience in industrial facilities such as power generation or petrochemical.
• Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary model coordination, BIM workflows, and clash detection.
• Must be able to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
