Platform Manager, PLM

You are the expert responsible for ensuring our Product Data Management (PDM) and related ECM/IT systems are not only technically resilient and high-performing, but are fully aligned with our people and critical processes. You will proactively study, drive, and execute key initiatives into reliable system solutions that accelerate our entire product lifecycle. Your core value lies in your deep understanding of PLM governance complexity and your ability to effectively translate and communicate that necessity to the business.

You will lead/execute the architectural design, continuous development, and maintenance of the PLM environment. This includes optimizing data models (e.g., product structure, variant management) and enhancing core functionality to maximize organizational efficiency, quality, and security. You also interface with external system vendors and consultants to ensure system compatibility and adequate support. As the internal technical authority, you will own the system’s functionality and the integrity of critical integrations with MCAD, ECAD, and ERP.
