About the Role:
- Be the hands-on engine behind YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram channels.
- Turn raw creator content and real-world moments into polished social content.
- Own the calendar that gets content out on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and repurpose long-form creator content into short-form social assets.
- Own and execute the monthly content calendar across platforms.
- Shoot original content at events and bring a producer's mindset.
Compensation & Logistics:
- Remote position across Latin America, full-time or contract.
- Periodic international travel to cover events is required.
- C1/C2 English proficiency and valid passport needed.
