Job Description
Project Oversight and Compliance:
- Serve as the key link between contractor staff and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Ensure adherence to project needs by overseeing administration and execution, in line with task order methods and federal regulations.
- Manage and mentor all contractors involved, ensuring proper documentation and procedure compliance for successful project results.
Reporting and Communication:
- Conduct regular meetings with the COR to communicate project status and handle issues.
- Produce and deliver monthly reports outlining contractor activity and project progress.
- Maintain open lines of communication to address any concerns promptly.
Requirements for the Role:
- Master’s degree and PMP certification are mandatory for consideration.
- Must have minimum five years as a Project Manager, or ten years of project management experience involving multi-disciplinary efforts if no degree.
- Prior DHS consulting experience is mandatory.
