Reporting Specialist

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about leveraging data to improve healthcare outcomes. You will work with clinical, operational, and financial data to support decision-making and deliver insights across our client portfolio. Responsibilites include: Performing data analyses and create dashboards and visualizations using our proprietary tools and databases as well as other solutions such as Microsoft Excel, Python, and other analytic platforms. Assisting in preparing clear, concise reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. Using claims data and other benefits-related information, support senior analysts and consultants in identifying trends and patterns, as well as opportunities to reduce costs or improve the quality of care. Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA. Investigate and resolve data issues. Provide user support to system users at our customers and consulting partners. Collaborate with cross-functional client teams including data management, clinical experts, and product support to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
