Senior Software Engineer, Security

About the Role:

• We're hiring our first security engineers—software engineers with security as their superpower, reporting directly to the CTO.
• You'll build automation and repeatable checks that keep assessing the codebase, then spend the time you get back on golden paths that stop whole classes of problems.
• You'll own the standard and risk decisions, with no security team above you.

What You'll Do:

• Threat model the paths that move money: ledger, card issuing, payouts, and stablecoin work.
• Build secure-by-default infrastructure: IaC guardrails, CI/CD supply chain integrity, secrets handling, and just-in-time access.
• Run the vulnerability disclosure program, manage external penetration tests, and build security automation including AI-assisted triage.
