Product Development Manager (Scrum Master)

You will build and lead high-performing development teams delivering exceptional products. Ensuring customer expectations are met, you will understand the client’s business strategy and objectives as they relate to the product being developed. You will manage the team in producing working software each iteration. You will facilitate planning sessions, team meetings, and other rituals, such as the daily standup, iteration planning, iteration kickoff, iteration review, and retrospectives. Helping to remove roadblocks to delivery success. Leading the team in evolving a product mindset using strengths to drive innovation in addressing customer needs. Develop camaraderie and strong collaboration across both the 3Pillar team and the client team.
