Job Description
We are looking for a driven, creative, and energetic Solution Engineer to join our team! As a Solution Engineer, you will report directly to the Manager, Sales Engineering. You will have a proven track record for getting things done and maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability. In this role, you will be responsible for working with Sales to design, sell and support solutions to customers utilizing the entire suite of Brightspeed services. As a Solution Engineer, you will work with Sales to design, sell, and support solutions to customers utilizing the entire suite of Brightspeed services.
Work with customers with a consultative approach to understand their business challenges, develop, and communicate solutions to address those challenges. You will represent Brightspeed on customer appointments as a subject matter technology expert specializing in network and technology services.
