Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the product design team, setting the bar for craft and quality across all product surfaces.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership on product vision, strategy, and operating models.
- Establish design processes and rituals that enable the team to move quickly without compromising quality.
