Junior Team Lead (AV) - EMEA market

Support and oversee projects related to autonomous vehicles (AV) and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). The role involves coordinating test teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and leveraging knowledge of the local environment and regulations to drive effective field operations and high-quality data collection. Assist in planning and execution of AV/ADAS testing projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting. Supervise and guide small field and testing teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, test protocols, and deadlines. The candidate should use knowledge of the local market, infrastructure, and regulations to support site selection and optimize test operations. Monitor testing quality and data accuracy, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate challenges to senior management when needed.
