Rewst is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automation Strategist to join their rapidly growing team. As an Automation Advisor at Rewst, you will work with our clients to help them reach their automation goals, including strategizing and advising on what to automate and how to implement it. The Automation Strategist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our MSP partners by understanding their unique needs through the customer journey from onboarding all the way to advocacy.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough analysis of existing processes, assisting clients in strategizing potential approaches to automation goals and building custom workflows, and providing technical enablement and support.
Qualifications include automation, scripting, programming, and IT experience, as well as broad experience with APIs. Bonus points for experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Rewst.
