Job Description
At AMBOSS, you take on a responsible role at the interface of law, technology, and innovation. Instead of just advising, you actively shape how we implement data protection in an international environment – and you turn complex requirements into clear, practical solutions. You work closely with curious, motivated colleagues from different teams, experience real variety in everyday life, and become part of a supportive and ambitious environment where your ideas really make a difference.
The role requires advising teams on data protection issues and their implementation, analyzing and evaluating data protection compliance risks at system and process level, and developing these further based on recognized standards. You will analyze relevant data protection requirements from the international context and merge them with the existing setup. It also includes reviewing and evaluating data protection agreements as well as tools and software for their data protection compliance.
Furthermore you create and maintain internal data protection guidelines and procedures (in particular register of processing activities). You process and coordinate inquiries regarding data subject rights (e.g. information, correction and deletion requests) and ensure compliance with data subject rights in collaboration with other departments, working closely with the General Counsel and the entire Legal Team.
