Lead Automation Engineer - RPA

The Automation Manager will be responsible for leading the organization’s automation strategy and driving enterprise-wide RPA initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is key to advancing the company’s digital transformation goals. It offers the opportunity to design and implement scalable automation solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across business units. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end RPA and automation projects across business functions, defining project scope, timelines, and budgets. The role also involves aligning automation initiatives with organizational goals, partnering with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and driving standardization and optimization of processes. The candidate will establish governance frameworks, monitor utilization of RPA licenses, and stay abreast of emerging automation technologies. Collaboration with IT and business leadership is expected to integrate next-generation solutions. Additionally, the role includes leading and mentoring the RPA team, ensuring team members receive necessary trainings, and providing strategic and technical support during issue resolution.
