Job Description
This role involves supporting the Customer Success and Support teams by optimizing the Gainsight and Salesforce platforms. This includes leveraging Gainsight and Salesforce to introduce automation and orchestrations that improve efficiency across Customer Success, thus improving the customer journey.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining reports on key Customer Success KPIs and building a comprehensive view of customers across multiple data points.
This role requires creating and maintaining reporting on key Customer Success KPIs and improving data integrations between Gainsight, Salesforce, and other business systems to implement solutions to scaling challenges.
