Job Description

Lead the strategy and oversee all marketing efforts for the imprint in partnership with the Publisher. Develop and lead the overall marketing and brand strategy for HCR, with the goal of meeting or exceeding the revenue and profit goals for each fiscal year. Foster an environment of innovation, collaboration, and execution. Manage marketing overall budget and ensures primary marketing expenditures are effective and within the budgeted percentage for the fiscal year for both frontlist and backlist goals. Focus on additional promotions and marketing strategies for the backlist. Continually experiments with new approaches to traditional and non-traditional Bible study promotion tactics.
