Play a pivotal role in building Array's outbound engine, guiding and coaching a team of BDRs focused across various sales verticals. Lead from the front—mentoring, motivating, and holding your team accountable to deliver a pipeline through thoughtful, data-driven prospecting strategies. Energized by operational rigor and relentless iteration, you will own recurring KPI management for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline creation.
Develop BDRs through ongoing 1:1 coaching, live-call feedback, pitch practice and structured growth plan. Collaborate on strategy and execution of outbound messaging, ICP segmentation, and multichannel cadences. Ensure the team maintains operational excellence in Salesforce and outbound tools, with clean data and activity logs. Bring insights from team conversations back to sales and marketing to refine positioning, vertical targeting, and strategy. Leverage AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.
