Show the power of healthcare data (claims, medications, labs, quality outcomes) to prove the life-changing impact of Wellth's innovative behavior change programs. You are a healthcare data subject matter expert, experienced in healthcare datasets and analyses, including health outcomes, ROI, and utilization reduction. Our data team will rely on your guidance for structuring client healthcare data to inform product and program design. You are passionate about transforming healthcare data into compelling narratives and actionable insights. You will enhance our team's analytical capabilities and identify innovative ways to showcase our impactful work. This includes driving the development of analyses for the commercial team and creating external-facing materials (blog posts, webinars, white papers) highlighting our outcomes and opportunities. You will present analyses to clients during business reviews and collaborate with client data teams on how to best help their members. Success in this role means advancing our understanding of healthcare data possibilities, conducting analyses that drive client growth, and partnering with engineering in data modeling as a healthcare data expert.
