Manager, Software Engineering

Huntress is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering with technical and leadership skills to manage a team of software engineers. As the manager, you will support our mission to build a Managed Security platform for businesses. You will work closely with the Engineering, Product, and Security teams to build the type of solutions Huntress has become known for. You will also coach, and mentor a diverse team of engineers with an emphasis on collaboration, teamwork, creativity and timely quality delivery. Work closely with internal recruiting to partner on strategic hiring, when needed. Participate in technical design and implementation to ensure code quality and test coverage.
