Engineering Director

The Director of Engineering is responsible for driving the strategic and technical direction of the engineering organization, with a strong focus on collaboration with the Product team. This role ensures the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions that align with business goals. By fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and cross-functional partnership, the Director will help bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution, enabling the company to deliver customer-centric solutions efficiently and effectively. This position involves leading and scaling multiple engineering teams (at least 20+ engineers) to deliver high-impact software solutions, collaborating with Product leadership to shape and execute a unified product-engineering strategy, driving the execution of strategic initiatives by setting clear engineering goals, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders. The role supports hiring, onboarding, coaching, and retention of top engineering talent across distributed teams, and manages budgets, resources, and timelines effectively across concurrent projects and teams.
