Senior Data Scientist

Team and Role:

• Work on the Data Science Functional Team to drive product and business impact through statistical modeling, experiment design, and Bayesian marketing analysis.
• Recent projects include defining core growth metrics, measuring marketing campaign impact, and building monitoring pipelines.
• Collaborate with product teams and contribute to overall team throughput.

About You:

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science with a track record of leading high-complexity projects from scoping to production.
• Proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and experience with ML deployment, NLP solutions, or Bayesian marketing analysis.
• Ability to design and analyze experiments across product surfaces and derive insights from sparse data.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $178,500 USD annually and stock options with transparent compensation across the organization.
