This role involves:
- Attracting top talent for our Strategic Partnerships organization.
- Playing a critical role in driving practice growth.
- Enabling our partners to connect their patients with timely, high-quality psychiatric care.
Additionally, this role requires:
- Building relationships with medical practices and health systems.
- Educating providers and clinic staff about Talkiatry’s services.
- Recruiting for Sales, Business Development, or other client-facing functions.
Other responsibilities include:
- Operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Staying close to the business and building a deep understanding of how our Partnerships team operates.
- Leveraging hiring data and feedback to spot trends, remove friction, and refine how we attract and engage top talent.
