Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Inbound Growth Representative to manage inbound demand from small business prospects. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, handling live chat and responding to emails. You will also be running weekly live group demos, and helping current and prospective customers understand how EasyLlama can meet their needs.
Your goal is to qualify, guide, and convert inbound demand efficiently. You’ll act as both a consultative product expert and a revenue driver. This role has a path into either an Account Executive on the Sales team or Customer Success Manager on the Customer Experience team.
Responsibilities include engaging inbound leads, owning the sales inbox, qualifying leads, facilitating self-service checkouts, and collaborating with marketing and sales.
