This role involves consulting with clients, recommending cruise options, managing bookings, and supporting travelers throughout their journey. You will consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences, destinations, and travel goals. Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, and stateroom categories based on client needs. Book and manage cruise reservations, including excursions, dining, and onboard services. Provide pre- and post-booking support, including payment schedules, documentation, and FAQs. Monitor cruise line promotions and offers to match clients with the best value. Collaborate with suppliers and customer support teams to resolve issues and confirm details. Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and communications.
