Job Description

Drive Design Innovation:

  • Change the way people work and develop experiences using AI, Machine Learning and Mobile technology.
  • Conduct user needs assessment, task analysis, competitive analysis and user testing.
  • Rapid iteration of theoretical task scenarios, navigation map, flow, and state-transition diagrams to document design decisions.

Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Oversee a portfolio of products in Technology Workflows, while acting as a mentor & manager to subordinates.
  • Ensure a unified and cohesive experience across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Oversee your team's work: detailed mockups, prototypes and behavior specifications.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering from strategic definition, planning, architecture, and innovation through tactical execution of Product Roadmaps.
  • Develop high level task flow content and use storyboards to communicate concepts and vision.
  • Work with peers to create a unified experience.
