Job Description
Drive Design Innovation:
- Change the way people work and develop experiences using AI, Machine Learning and Mobile technology.
- Conduct user needs assessment, task analysis, competitive analysis and user testing.
- Rapid iteration of theoretical task scenarios, navigation map, flow, and state-transition diagrams to document design decisions.
Leadership and Mentorship:
- Oversee a portfolio of products in Technology Workflows, while acting as a mentor & manager to subordinates.
- Ensure a unified and cohesive experience across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Oversee your team's work: detailed mockups, prototypes and behavior specifications.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product and Engineering from strategic definition, planning, architecture, and innovation through tactical execution of Product Roadmaps.
- Develop high level task flow content and use storyboards to communicate concepts and vision.
- Work with peers to create a unified experience.
