Deal Desk Operations Analyst

We’re seeking a driven Deal Desk Analyst to join our Go-To-Market Operations team. In this role, you’ll support deal and commercial terms structuring for complex deals (both SMB and Enterprise level), acting as a key liaison between sales and cross-functional teams such as sales, finance and operations. A portion of this role will focus on contract harmonization initiatives following our recent acquisition, ensuring seamless integration. You’ll help scale our Deal Desk Function into a documented, efficient program as our business grows. The position offers the opportunity to join a team focused on designing and executing process improvement initiatives that align sales and operations efforts to global strategies. The Deal Desk Operations Analyst is a new position that will be critical to our continued growth.
