Job Description
Responsible for achieving sales and margin goals in line with the annual budget. Build and develop relationships with key clients at all levels of the organization. Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for production and warehouse planning. Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams in implementing market strategies. Conduct technical and commercial presentations of Kemin products. Organize an average of 20 meetings with clients per month. Participate in industry trade fairs, conferences, and events.
The position requires education in biology or chemistry to enable technical discussions. Fluency in English is a must. Experience in managing sales projects is needed. High motivation, energy, and time management skills are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed. Readiness for frequent business trips is required.
