Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Core Experience and Growth

The Growth organization at Reddit connects users to their communities and creates engaging loops to encourage them to keep coming back. The team is a central part of our product and ensures that new users in our platform have a meaningful experience. This role focuses on building users’ very first experiences on Reddit–the onboarding flow, first and early feeds, and notifications. You will use ML and/or LLMs to personalize first and early user experiences on Reddit. Build systems for real-time feature fetching and model inference. Build systems for recurring training of models using modern architectures (deep learning, transformers or other sequential models).
