Business Analyst

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in leveraging our data assets to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This position will focus on analyzing business needs related to Dental Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data and translating those needs into actionable insights using modern data platforms like Azure Data Lakehouse and Databricks, visualized through Power BI. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments, including operations, IT, and leadership, to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement. Work with healthcare-related data sources, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy for analytical purposes. Design, develop, and maintain data models and ETL/ELT pipelines within the Azure Lakehouse environment, utilizing Databricks for data processing and transformation. Create compelling and interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
