Senior Manager, Biostatistics

As the Senior Manager of Biostatistics, you will be a member of cross-functional development teams and contribute to trial design, protocol development, analysis planning, interpretation of results, and preparation of regulatory submissions. These individuals develop collaborative relationships and work effectively with the Biostatistics Lead, and other cross functional team members. The role involves supporting medical affairs in secondary and exploratory data generation across the BMS solid tumor portfolio. Collaborate in the design of clinical studies including methodology, data analysis & interpretation, and reporting of study results and author/review study documents. Perform and/or validate statistical analyses, maximizing data clarity. Communicate results to cross-functional teams, and interpret data in study documents. Translate scientific questions into statistical terms and statistical concepts into layman terms. Ensure compliance with BMS processes and SOPs, adhering to global and project standards and develop technical knowledge of statistical methodology.
