The Core, Data Science will be tasked with partnering with the Data Science & Analytics Managers and internal and client stakeholders to support and contribute to measurement, reporting, performance, insights and optimization deliverables. The ideal candidate will be able to identify the “why” or “what” from a myriad of different data sources and will be able to act as subject matter expert and be a partner to both our internal teams as well as our day-to-day clients and their extended teams. Experimental testing responsibilities include discussing test setup and implementation with key stakeholders and determining data requirements, extracting and manipulating data to analyze and monitor test progress, measuring test performance and developing a cohesive narrative, and integrating reporting across channels for large programs. Additional responsibilities include supporting and providing input on design, execution, and interpretation of test results, identifying needs for analysis and guiding team members on techniques and interpretation, building measurement plans against learning and business objectives, and using multi-touch attribution/ attribution solutions to understand interactions, roles and conversion contributions between marketing channels.
