Job Description
The ERP Implementation Lead will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering the new solution to meet business requirements, covering finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and integrations. The role combines hands-on technical configuration, project management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring a successful go-live within scope, time, and budget. Responsibilities include leading the full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & Sales, owning project governance, scope management, and risk management, and conducting discovery workshops. Also configure Business Central modules such as Finance, Purchasing, and Sales. Implement integrations including ConnectWise, HubSpot Marketing Professional, and Power BI dashboards. The candidate will drive adoption and manage change resistance. They will also provide on-site hypercare during go-live.
